Prenatal Massage is an amazing way to help your body as you are going through your pregnancy. It is similar to Swedish massage but with some slight differences to help benefit your body through what it needs, but also to help you and your child.
Studies have shown that having prenatal massage regularly helps lower norepinephrine and cortisol (hormones asssociated with stress) and incresses dopamine and serotonin (feel good hormones that help battle depression.)
With these more balanced hormone levels there are fewer complications during birth and fewer newborn complications.

Since Prenatal Massage is customized to the pregnant mother's body and carries with it several contraindications and precautions not normally present during Swedish Massage. It is recommended that you:
